PB Elite Molded Foam Rollers Cheap prices - This is the same roller at the Gym I go to and it works wonders at working out knots, especially in my legs. (Quads, AT Band, Glute, Hams, Hips) Sitting in front of a computer for hours on end make my legs extremely tight. I also work odd hours and can't always make it to the gym. So now that I have my own rollers at home I'm I can spread out on the floor and relieve most of my stiffness. These rollers were also cheaper than the ones at Sports Authority and Sport Chalet by about 15-20%. On top of that, it came with a small manual showing a few other massage/stretches I hadn't previously thought about. No complaints.
